Lots of you have said that you'd like some time devoted to getting your questions answered at our main meeting at 10:00. So we have a panel of some of our Mac experts coming August 17th to do just that! So please be there and bring your hardest questions and find out everything you always wanted to know (but might not have had the right person to ask). I doubt it, but maybe we can have a game of "Stump the Chump." Give it a shot!
Next
month on September 14th, one of our members, Erin Clark, will be telling us
all about a very important Macintosh program, Quark. While this is not a program
that those of us who are strictly hobbyists are probably going to be buying
and using, if you're like me, you're curious. Erin is excited about Quark
and I know that you will find her presentation interesting and stimulating.
So come on out to the meeting, and don't forget to come early and stay late
for the Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
Shawn King from "The Mac Show" was our presenter on June 15th and pictures of his presentation are available on our pictures web page. Theresa Overall was our presenter on July 20th and she spoke about "How to select good educational software". She has a web page with more information on educational software.
